This privacy policy applies to the mobile application ChatMoose - AI Creative Studio (“the Application”). ChatMoose lets users edit and create images with AI. To provide these features, prompts, uploads, and limited account or device data may be processed as described below.

1.1 User-Generated Content
The Application processes user-provided images and text prompts to generate edited or newly created images.
When you use AI features, your prompts and uploaded images may be transmitted to our backend and related AI processing services.
This data is used only to fulfill your request, support reliability, and help protect the service from abuse.
1.2 Account Information
The Application does not require login. Your account is automatically associated with your Apple ID.
We do not collect or store your Apple ID, email address, or other personal account information.
Subscriptions and purchases are managed entirely through your Apple ID via the App Store.
1.3 Device and Usage Data
The Application uses Firebase services for analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.
The Application uses Google Mobile Ads, which may process device identifiers and ad-related data.
The Application uses RevenueCat to manage purchases, subscriptions, and entitlements.
1.4 Device Access
The Application may request access to your photo library so you can load images and save results.
The Application does not request access to contacts or location for normal use.
2. Data Storage and Security
Data needed to process your AI requests may be handled on our backend infrastructure and supporting service providers.
Data transmission uses standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.
We use reasonable technical measures to help protect data during transmission and processing.
You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.
3. Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it.
4. Your Rights and Choices
You can choose whether to upload images or submit prompts.
You can manage photo access and other permissions in your device settings.
You can stop using the Application and remove saved images from your device at any time.
